CPS Chicago Residency Policy
Q: I do not live in Chicago can I apply.
If you do not currently live in Chicago you cannot apply. All children applying for any Chicago PreK program must be current Chicago residents. The information will be verified during verifications. Families must provide 2 proofs of residency when enrolling at the school. If families apply with an out of district address and go to the school for verification, they are not eligible, and the offer will be declined.
Community Based Organization Residency Policy

Children attending Community-Based Early Learning and Preschool Programs should check with the program to determine what support is available for families near their address and or surrounding area.
