Q: I need to change or update my address
We are unable to update your address for a submitted application. Please contact the school or Community-Based Organization where your child received a preliminary offer. They will be able to update any information that needs to be changed or updated during the verification process. Please bring supporting documents to verify the address.
Proof of Address* (2 of the following):
• Driver's License/ID card
• Utility bill
• Lease agreement/mortgage statement
• Current voter registration card
